Semi-Managed Servers Definition


  • Monitoring - We will add users to the notification list on request for monitoring of services. We do not touch the server except by user request.
  • DoS monitoring - we will monitor your server for DoS and notify you of attack. If incoming we will stop it at our gateway and if outgoing we will help you find the compromise.
  • Hardware replacement - we will replace hardware at our expense with onsite spares.
  • Services configuration help - our techs will help you initially configure and answer questions on services configuration.
  • SSH Service restart - if you lose access to SSH - we will restart it at your request.
  • cPanel support


  • *Note: Semi-Managed support definition only apply's to cPanel servers. Non-cPanel servers are NOT managed.
